This mock is about an SVR issued for a couple of counties in southwestern California for a severe thunderstorm that was passing through the area on August 10th, 2017.

Unfortunately, I couldn't get the TTS voice to pronounce "Oxnard" correctly.
I’m uploading this video directly to YouTube from the Resolve upload panel, which makes it more convenient rather than having to wait for the file to export and remembering to upload it once it’s done.
I also noticed some glitching in the video, not sure why that happened, but it may have to do with how VirtualDub determined the framerate difference in “Friends” were dropped frames compared to the alert screen, which was at 59.94 fps. Thus, it may have inserted extra frames, causing the glitch. It also could’ve come about from the disc I was using, it may have been scratched.
