The Best Steak Quesadilla Recipe
There are many different recipes on how to make a steak quesadilla... but this one will take you to flavor town.
Ingredients:
About 16 oz of flap steak (makes two big quesadillas with 8 oz of steak in each one)
Your choice of an all purpose seasoning, taco seasoning, or even just salt & pepper
2 Mexican limes or 1 regular lime
1 orange
2 cloves garlic
1 jalapeno
pickled onions (recipe on my shorts)
Mexican cheese blend
Worcestershire sauce
For the Guacamole
