Hungry Harvest! EASY Chicken Pasta
Chicken pasta is one of Mr. G's favorites. It's quick, easy, and you can hide ANY veggie you like in there so the kids don't know. In this case, I used zucchini, squash, eggplant, mushrooms, garlic, spinach, and a HOST of dried herbs a dear sweet person sent me!!! Pair this with a tossed salad and some warm garlic bread and you will be licking the plate.
The sauce is extra special because you make it YOUR OWN. Don't buy pasta sauce from the market! Too much sodium! Use tomato paste, water, fresh herbs, and as many chopped veggies as you like! Bon appetit!
