Don't be afraid to prune your tomato plants. ESPECIALLY the leaves at the base of the plant. I believe pruning makes the plant more vigorous. Not long after I pruned this one, the tomatoes began to blush. I think all the energy the plant was using to make leaves, went straight into the tomatoes.
