How to do Aikido Wrist Techniques- live training methods. So in this video we are going to talk about my six phase progression that I use at the school to improve the students application and understanding of wrist techniques. While these techniques are commonly called, "wrist locks" that is only a small application of this concept- in this video we will look at what I consider a much more important application of wrist techniques. Aikido techniques are know to focus on wrist methods, hopefully this will clear up the practice for beginning Aikido students.
