Hein's Kumijo 2
I spend some time talking about the second Kumijo in my approach to Aikido. This form is very similar to the Morihiro Saito's 9th Kumijo- which was in fact the inspiration for my second form. I like many of the aspects of the form that Saito sensei used, however I have changed a few things and talk about this form differently then he did.
I use this form as my second because it marries very well with my first form which covers a lot of ground concerning distance and timing, which is probably the single most important subject in weapons work. Hope you enjoy.
