PENNYWISE the Clown, crossed with Nathan Hindmarsh, footy legend, and you get something very frightening.
The make-up was done as a promotion for IT 2.
Make-up was all "out-of-the-kit" application. There was no time to create prosthetics for the promotion but I feel we came up with a great look.
