I repaired an Apple Mighty Mouse from 2005 (Frayed Wire)

This Mighty Mouse was HEAVILY used and was extremely filthy. I noticed the frayed cord and decided to heat shrink it to prevent further fraying. I was successful but barely, since the connector was large and I was barely able to get heat shrink around it. I couldn't use larger heat shrink to more easily fit over the connector since it wouldn't shrink down enough around the cable. Fortunately the mouse survived being torn apart and still functions!
