Visualization (as a Skill for Magickal Practice)
I did not realize the sound of the leaves was so loud! On my phone watching the video it doesn't seem that loud, but with my laptop speakers the leaves are quite noisy, so if you are having trouble hearing what I'm saying at times, I've made sure the captions are correct so you can watch with captions on. =)
A simple walk & talk-y video in the great outdoors (with all the random sounds that come with that!) about visualization, which is a skill that can be worked on, not something you have to either "get" right away or you never will. So fear not! I decided to talk about this because there seems to be a common problem with the way visualization is talked about in resources leading to confusion about what it means to visualize, and thinking that they can't do it. I'm finding that it seems a lot more complicated and confusing to people than it really has to be, so hopefully my explanation and some examples here in this video will help those who may have been stuck on this. This may be one of those things that it's much easier to learn from another person who has done it, than just read it in a book and try to determine what the written explanation means. It can still be hard to explain because I can't show you how I visualize, but hopefully talking about it this way will help.
