Gratitude Practices & what they might look like.
Hey there! This week I decided to talk about something I was asked about a while ago, that I've talked about before in other videos but not yet in its own dedicated video, and that is gratitude practices. I think a lot of people may have heard the term before, but some may be wondering what it means to have a gratitude practice, or think it only can be done one way, so in this video I share a few ways you could choose to do it (if you feel it's something you want to do at all!). I also share some examples from my gratitude/manifestation journal that I used at length a couple of years ago, and intermittently since then. Also, happy New Moon!
