South african vinegar pudding.
INGREDIENTS
1cups of boiling water
3/4cups of sugar
3 tbsp of Vinegar
(MIX TOGETHER)
Dry ingredients
1 cup of flour
1 tbsp of Apricot jam
1 tspn of ginger powder
1tsp of nutmeg
1 egg
160ml of milk
1tsp of baking soda
80g of butter
1/4cup and 2 tbsp of sugar
BAKE @170°c for 40 min
NB:Do not try to shake the pudding.
