Orange cake
INGREDIENTS
2 cups of flour
1/2cup of sugar
1/2cup of oil
2 tspn of baking powder
1/2cup of plain yoghurt
1 orange zest
2 eggs
NB:BAKE at 180°c for 30-35min
Orange syrup
1/4cup of sugar
1 whole orange juice
1tsp of orange essence
NB:simmer for 5-10min on medium heat. Pour the orange syrup when the cake is still warm.
