KTIV (NBC) sign-off sequence (1995, stereo capture)
Found at the way end of one of my tapes, a recording of KTIV (local NBC affiliate for Sioux City, IA) playing its sign off sequence (for the curious: the station had went off the air for an hour for transmitter maintenance). Although this was recorded on the first of November in 2001, this particular sequence seems to date way earlier (likely 1995), as their logo and overall branding had changed around the same time as this was recorded.
This capture was done using a JVC HR-S3500U, which not only outputs audio in stereo, but offers overall better quality compared to the Panasonic PV-V4000 used in a previous upload: • KTIV (NBC) sign-off sequence (1995, mono c... .
