samsung s23 ultra was released back in 2023 as best of the best device by Samsung. At the time of release samsung galaxy s23 ultra price was 1300 dollars or even higher for some regions. Currently s24 Ultra is the latest device with high price tag. galaxy s23 ultra is selling for half the price of it's launch price so lot of you guys must bhi wondering to buy it. In this video I will discuss s23 ultra in 2024 how it performs after 1.5 years of it's release. We will discuss following topics in details.
Display:
samsung galaxy s23 ultra has 6.8 inch quad HD display with 120hz refresh rate which supports LTPO. It has peak brightness of 1750 nits and pixel density of 500ppi which makes it very sharp. Colour accuracy is very good which is good for content creators. This phone is still offering excellent flagship quality display. It's enough bright to be visible outdoor even in harsh sunlight.
Battery life:
galaxy s23 ultra has 5000mah battery capacity it is featuring LTPO display which is good for power efficiency. Snapdragon 8gen 2 for galaxy is also a power efficient processor which consumes very less power resulting in excellent battery life with 7 hours of screen on time on regular use, 6 hours of screen on time on heavy use like using it with high brightness and mobile data turned on. For extreme users like continuous heavy game plays of PUBG this phone offers 5 hours of continuous gameplay. So s23 ultra has excellent battery life.
Build Quality & design:
samsung s23 ultra has gorilla glass victus 2 on front and back. With armour aluminium frame this phone feels very sturdy and well built. It's weight is also good enough for premium feel. But front display has curve around the edges which make it more prone to break while dropping.
Performance:
s23 ultra samsung is powered by snapdragon 8gen-2 for galaxy processor which is bundled with 12GB ram. It is featuring 120hz refresh rate display which makes it feel very smooth and responsive. This phone is very powerful to handle heavy tasks like heavy games, it don't get heated easily as snapdragon chip is very efficient and powerful. So performance is not a problem for s23 ultra it goes like hot knife in butter.
Fingerprint:
samsung ultra 23 has under display ultrasonic fingerprint scanner which is very fast and accurate. It can easily unlock the phone without any problem. It don't shine bright light while unlocking as it's ultrasonic.
Speakers:
Galaxy s23 ultra has dual stereo speakers 1 at the bottom while other in the earpiece.
It's stereo pair produce good audio with decent loudness and good base. But it's speakers are not as loud as 14 pro max or 15 pro max.
Camera:
samsung galaxy s23 ultra camera setup is featuring 4 different cameras with different focal lengths. It has 200mp main camera, 10mp 3x camera, 10mp 10x periscope camera and 12mp ultra wide camera. This phone can zoom up to 30x in videography, video quality on this phone is very solid with excellent colours and good dynamic range. There's no frame drop issues like pixel 7 Pro or pixel 8 Pro.
