This tutorial assumes that you have already completed any beginning steps such as turning off DMCA on your console, making sure you have the latest updates on your PC, and confirming that all of your cables are properly plugged in and working. Let me know if this video helped you at all. Unfortunately, I don't know of a permanent fix for this issue and neither does Elgato.
