Grilled Cheese is one of those sandwiches that was probably designed for children, but I have no shame eating it as an adult. Don’t let it’s simplicity fool you, just like any other honest staple food out there (think pizza, tacos, etc.) the intricacy lies in the choice of ingredients and technique used to make it; the phrase garbage in, garbage out might have no better example then the grilled cheese sandwich.
