How to make - Fruit Shortcake Biscuits
Ingredients
125g unsalted butter, softened
75g caster sugar
Zest of an orange
1 egg
200g plain flour, sifted
Pinch of salt
50g raisins
2 tbsp milk
Plus
Some plain flour to dust
Caster sugar to top
Makes 25 biscuits.
