Brewing At Quidi Vidi Brewery - QVxNF Marzen 2024
Some shots from my brew day at Quidi Vidi to brew the Marzen that won me the QVxNF competition in 2023. Jamie Osborne came along since due to some scheduling conflicts, he wasn't able to make it from Labrador for his own brew day for the beer that won him the hoppy category (Glad Hands).
It was a super fun day, a big thanks to Nate being our guide, showing us everything that goes into a brew day at a commercial scale. Also everyone at Quidi Vidi who were so welcoming to a couple of home brewers. We learned so much, and I'm very thankful for the opportunity to experience this!
The beer should be available in a few weeks, I don't know what it's called or what the label is going to look like, all I cared about was the experience showcased in this video. I'll update this description when the name becomes available.
