At the end of the module the learner will be expected to be able to:
1. Demonstrate deep knowledge and understanding of module content
2. Analyse strategy leadership and governance through the use of philosophical, empirical and theoretical frameworks
3. Utilise knowledge and understanding to critique issues
4. Express the complexity of the relationships between strategy, leadership and governance consequences for identifying distinctions with management and contingency issues
5. Demonstrate a critical understanding of the leadership role and its processes and relationships
6. Demonstrate autonomy and initiative in researching primary and secondary sources appropriate to the learning objectives
7. Be (student centred) self-directed and autonomous in developing learning strategies
8. Recognise ethical dilemmas and corporate social responsibility issues regarding relationships between leadership and governance
