Badminton Jump Smash💥❗❗
Greetings!
Here's a video of me practicing smashes! I have this bad habit, that I hold my racket too tight and I tend to squeeze it before hitting the shuttle. That is why lots of time couldn't generate the full power despite swinging the racket really hard😭
First time I tried film in this angle, I LIKE IT! 😘 The orange shirt video was actually taken on 17th and black shirt 22th this month!
