How to quickly reduce eye puffiness using a gentle home technique?
In this video, Olga Turbina demonstrates a technique for working with the corners of the eye, the periosteum, and the orbital ligament. The technique is performed by gently stretching the tissue to the first barrier, without harsh pressure or excessive force.
Place your fingers in the corners of the eye, creating a gentle stretch, then hold each point for about 30 seconds. You can close your eyes slightly to enhance the sensation of contact and help the tissue relax.
It's important to understand: the area around the eyes is very sensitive.
You shouldn't apply painful pressure, stretch the skin aggressively, or try to force the swelling out. The work should be gentle, calm, and precise.
In the "Algorithm of Youth" technique, we look deeper into the eye area. Puffiness, bags under the eyes, the malar area, a tired look, and a heavy upper eyelid can be caused by more than just the skin. It's important to consider the orbital ligament, periosteum, lymph flow, venous drainage, nasal area, neck, posture, skull, and overall tissue condition.
In this video, you'll learn:
• How to place your fingers at the corners of your eyes;
• How to create gentle tension up to the first barrier;
• Why it's important to linger at each point;
• How to work with the orbital ligament and periosteum;
• Why the procedure shouldn't be painful;
• Why eye swelling needs to be addressed more than just locally.
If swelling recurs, if bags under the eyes persist, or if the malar area becomes prominent, one localized procedure may not be enough.
Understanding the underlying cause is essential.
In Olga Turbina's free webinar, we explore the causes of under-eye bags, puffiness, the malar area, and tired eyes, as well as the connections between the eyes, skull, lymph flow, neck, posture, and facial tissue.
