Nicolás Lozada is a visionary leader in Digital Justice and International Dispute Resolution. As CEO and founder of Fío, a platform for financial inclusion empowering women, and Redek, Colombia's first Digital Justice and Online Dispute Resolution startup, he has been pivotal in integrating technology into the legal field. Since 2013, Nicolás has led multidisciplinary teams, focusing on digital and algorithmic justice. His work has been recognized globally, including serving as Colombia’s delegate to the UNCITRAL on Online Dispute Resolution and leading a European Union project on digital market access in Colombia. Currently, he lectures at prestigious universities and serves as an arbitrator and Tribunal Secretary at various Arbitration Centers. With over 15 years of experience, Nicolás's background includes advising the Colombian Ministry of Justice, negotiating for the Ministry of Trade, and working at the World Trade Organization. He holds law degrees from Externado University, NYU, and NUS, achieved through full scholarships.
