How to install the chrome browser in ubuntu
Please follow these steps for Google Chrome installation.
We can also download and install Google Chrome's .deb file using Terminal.
sudo wget https://dl.google.com/linux/direct/go... ( using terminal for google chrome downloads)
Choose the first option 64 bit . deb, for Debian/Ubuntu.
Click Accept and Install
Open Files
Go to Downloads.
Open Terminal
cd Downloads
ll
sudo dpkg -i google-chrome-stable_current_amd64.deb
sudo apt install -f
That’s it. Now, you can find Google Chrome in the menu and start it from there.
