I actually tracked this with OpenMPT. But I love watching what I wrote playing so accurately in the actual old program with the Nuked OPL2 emulation.
I wondered if instead of settling with the default OPL general midi bank that the PC version used, the OPL2 could actually sound more alike the OPM in the Sharp X68000 computer.
