Khaub Poob - Cooking Without a Recipe
I am going to be making khaub poob, a Hmong dish, WITHOUT a recipe. I grew up eating this dish, but I've NEVER made it myself before. So...watch to see if I accomplish the challenge or if I fail miserably. My mom and my lovely boyfriend Nick will be the judges of my final dish.
