Hmong Story - Interpretation Gone Wrong Skit
This is based on a true story. I used to work at an electronic store and an old Hmong couple came into the store. They didn't speak English. I spoke broken Hmong...so I attempted to help...and it just ended up being a game of charades. Talking about electronics is hard esp in a different language ok! haha.
Who here still knows and speaks their native tongue? If you don't, it's ok. Cause I find as I grow older I'm beginning to lose my language. So sad. But, sometimes funny ass situations can happen because of this.
This is an old skit but I realized I never uploaded it onto YouTube. This is "Translation Fails". (technically should be called interpretation fails)
