The VLC Micro-Credentials
Micro-Credentials are short open online courses that differ from traditional degrees or certifications in that they focus on a narrower and more specialized subject, and can often be completed in a shorter amount of time. They are designed to help individuals acquire specific skills and knowledge in a particular field or area. The Micro-Credentials on the Virtual Linguistics Campus (https://oer-vlc.de) consist of 3 to 6 units (workload ca. 30 to 50 hours), they are certified and do not involve any fees.
