Ingredients for a large pot:
For the meatballs:
0.5 bunch of coriander
1 piece of hot green pepper
2 cloves of garlic
0.3 red onion (quarter of a red onion)
1 slice of bread
0.5 teaspoon cumin
0.5 teaspoon garlic salt
1 teaspoon lemon zest
1 egg L
500 grams minced sea bream
1 tablespoon organic olive oil

For the sauce:
0.5 cup olive oil
2 tablespoons organic sweet red paprika
1 red pepper
1 teaspoon organic turmeric
1 carrot
10 cloves of garlic
1 teaspoon organic cumin
1 teaspoon garlic salt
3 green peppers
3 red chili peppers
2 Maggi tomatoes
2 tablespoons tomato paste
0.5 squeezed lemon
1 tablespoon parve soup powder
2 cups water
3 dried red peppers
1 teaspoon sugar
0.5 bunch Coriander
1 cup green beans
1 package prepared chickpeas

How to prepare:
1: Chop coriander, garlic, a quarter of a red onion and a piece of hot green pepper and transfer to a bowl, add a slice of bread that we squeezed in water, 0.5 teaspoon of organic cumin, half a teaspoon of garlic salt, 1 teaspoon of lemon zest, an egg, a tablespoon of organic olive oil, mix everything into a paste and prepare meatballs.
2: Add half a cup of organic olive oil to a wide pot and fry the meatballs on both sides, take them out and add all the ingredients for the sauce to the pot as written above and as I did in the video, close and cook the sauce for about 30-40 minutes, open it, check the taste and adjust if necessary. Add the prepared chickpeas and the frozen green beans and mix.
3: Add the fried fish patties, pour them on top, close, add some more coriander and cook for another 40-50 minutes, serve with hot and delicious white rice and that's it for health, don't forget to mop up the sauce with challah!
