How to Setup an Inexpensive Modular Photo & Video Studio
This video walks through how I helped to setup an Inexpensive Modular Photo & Video Studio. The studio setup works extremely well for high quality photography and video shots. And changing from one background to another is quick and easy - just move the primary Key & Fill Lights!
Most items were very inexpensive, since we got through Ebay or Amazon (usually in lightning deals). We have a 3 way lighting setup (1 Keylight (18" LED ring light), 1 Fill light (another 18" LED ring light), and 1 hair light or backlight (LED Barn Door light). The backdrops are 10FT x 20FT muslin (Green, White, and Black). The chromakey/greenscreen is lit by four 4FT LED shop lights. We use several booms and other items, but that is the main ingredients!
NOTE: If you do plan to use a chromakey/greenscreen (or bluescreen), it works best if it is lit separately and spaced 8 to 10 feet from your subject.
