When I first received the Workbench, the extruder would not move forward or backward. If you receive one and it makes a BAD NOISE, this may be the problem. You may periodically need to adjust the chassis and belts as shown in this video.

Here are the steps in the video:
1. Remove the belt from the extruder chassis by:
a) Unscrew the allen screws that attach the clamps on top of the extruder chassis to the belts
b) Remove the black clamps on the right/left side of the chassis
2. Lubricate the Y-Rods
3. Move the extruder forward and back until the right and left sides are even along the Y axis.
4. Tension the belts by tightening/loosening the allen screws on the right/left front of the frame.
5. Reattach the belt to the extruder chassis.
6. Recheck the belt tension & Lock the belt tensioning screws in place.
