5 frozen eggs
2 fresh yolks
pinch of salt
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
pinch of soda quenched with 9% vinegar
500 g flour
Syrup:
1 cup sugar
0.5 cup water
Frying oil:
1.2 l
100 ml cold water (for two portions of 50 ml)
Be sure to freeze 5 eggs.
