Opening a Games Workshop Citadel Paints Time Capsule
I found a shoe box in a my parents' house. It turned out to have some interesting things in it related to a brief fling I had with Games Workshop Warhammer figures 26 years ago in 1994, including some paints. So I decided to video the grand opening and see if any of the paints still worked. I also found some fascinating old GW marketing throwbacks and some clues to what led to take up historical wargaming out of the blue more than two decades later.
