Ranked Choice Voting passes the Minnesota Senate elections committee
Hopefully RCV can break up the two party system we're currently stuck with. The Democrats stand to benefit from this in the near future so now that they control both chambers of the legislature this might actually pass. Things probably won't change too much for awhile but hopefully someday a third party candidate will stand a chance to win an election.
