The Remains Of Forest Park Plaza - Dayton, Ohio
Welcome to the Forest Park Plaza located in Dayton, OH. This plot of land originally started out as an amusement park and then became a shopping center by the early 70s. This shopping center used to house stores like JCPenney, Gallenkamp Shoes, Top Value, Olen Mills Studio, and many other businesses. Due to the center being built on a hill the receiving was in the lower level of the complex. Many years later stores began to leave the plaza due to the surrounding area define and eventually it was demolished in early 2013. As of 2024 the entire complex is sitting completely empty. Let’s go take a look.
