Following is the transcript of the video:

Obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) which is when you have both intrusive recurring thoughts and repetitive behaviors.

Okay, don't worry. If it is too wordy.
Lemme break it to you.

What is obsession basically?
Any thought which comes to ur mind repeatedly over n over again we call that obsession.
Yea! For example, If your mind says "Go Wash Your Hand... Go Wash Your Hand over and over again that's obsessive thoughts.
Or
If your mind reminds you of a conversation that you had with someone. For example, "You are not enough you should do more" over and over again. That's obsessive thoughts.

Now, what is a Compulsion?
Any behavior which is difficult to resist even though you want to resist... Is simply compulsion.
You can ask me, so alcohol and drugs and other narcotics does it induce compulsions? Yea... Of course. All Addictive behaviors are compulsive in nature.
Other examples of compulsion:
Becoming a workaholic because deep inside you are telling yourself - "you are not doing enough" over and over again. So basically to get rid of that thought. You work like hell.

Becoming washing your hands like a hundred times a day. Because deep inside you are telling yourself that your hands have germs that might kill you over and over again. So to get rid of that thought you wash your hands over and over again.

Common people think that OCD is something to brag about perfectionism. No, my Friend. You are highly mistaken. OCD has nothing to brag about. 67% of people with OCD also have depression. 67% It's no joke. Do respect them. Please, do help them. They need your care.

Can it be curable?
No, but fortunately it can be treated with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy, and Behavioral Therapy which has promising results. Also, there are medications like antidepressants (especially Selective Serotonin Re-uptake Inhibitors).

There is hope.
With care Mr. A
