Why Sasuke Can't Turn Off The Rinnegan
Sasuke awakened his Rinnegan in the 4th Great Ninja War of Naruto Shippuden. On top of granting him the regular Rinnegan abilities it gave him Amenotejikara and Six Paths Chakra. But Sasuke's Rinnegan is different from any other. It has 6 tomoe, he only has one Rinnegan, and he also can't turn it off, even though Madara can turn his Rinnegan off. So why is his Rinnegan so different?
