Easy way to beat 7-34 (Pre-Nerf Talisman)
you just need to use/borrow max level upt4 meat lantern don can still win without support passives (It'll just take a bit longer) since she heals and maintains rupture on her own.
build up SP on the minions by winning clashes before fighting dulcinea. fight is faster with talisman sinclair support passive (you need to 4 gluttony-resonance) rupture will melt her
i find this easier and fun than the devyat rodion talisman setup i was using
