808 Day - Free Sample Pack for SP-808 (and other samplers ;-)
#808day #SP808 #samplePack
Today is 808 day, 8th of August.
A day where the 808 may shine. We know that the focus is on the TR-808, which is without any doubt one of the greatest Rhythm Composers.
But you know my addiction to the SP-808, which is in my opinion the greatest of the SP-series.
This video contains 100MB samples which can be sampled into the SP-808/808ex by using the AutoDivide Function.
When sampled you will have 100MB loops on every pad, if you follow the instructions.
Of course these samples can be used by any other sampler too.
This videos contains beats, keys and FX samples used in my SP-808 Videos.
I recommend to format your disk in 32Khz to make sure you can use VariPitch in up- and down pitching. This makes playing more fun.
As you might know, I'm trying to develop a CF-reader for the SP-808.
You can follow the development on my website: www.themidimaniac.com
