CONTEST: The 1000 YouTube Subscribers Contest (“GIVEAWAY”) begins at the onset of the first video publicly uploaded and released after the 1000 subscriber threshold is crossed, and ends exactly 48 hours later (“Promotion Period”). Valid entry into the contest includes writing and leaving one (quantity 1) comment in the video comments section of the video. The YouTube hyperlink will be provided at the onset public release of the video and will be published on Sponsor’s Instagram Account and Facebook Profile Page.

Entries: Only one single entry or (“Comment”) will be considered as a valid entry. Multiple comments / entries will not be considered and filtered at the time of the Contest Giveaway Drawing. Making multiple Comment Entries will not increase your chances of winning.
Location: US and International Entries are valid. Drawing location will commence at the Sponsor’s United States Headquarters.
Timing: (Contest Submissions or “Comments”) begins at the onset of the first video publicly uploaded and released after the 1000 subscriber threshold is crossed, and ends exactly 48 hours later (“Promotion Period”). Comments submitted one second after the exact 48 hour contest time limit duration will not be considered as an official entry in the Prize Giveaway Contest.
Winners: The Winner of the Giveaway will be chosen at random by CommentPicker.com. CommentPicker.com will pick at random one YouTube User Profile’s comment on the 1000 YouTube Subscribers Contest (“GIVEAWAY”) video, and that sole YouTube User Profile selected at random will win the Giveaway Prize. The Winner will be announced within 72 hours of the contest giveaway ending via video upload on Sponsor’s YouTube Channel, Instagram Account, and Facebook Profile Page. The Giveaway Prize is not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash value with the Sponsor. The Winner must be available for telephonic communication within 72 hours of drawing conclusion and winner selection. Said communication must be within a reasonable means and consideration including but not limited to social media platforms, SMS text messaging, and phone communication. In the event the Winner refuses said Giveaway Prize or is not capable of receiving freight shipment of Giveaway Prize, the Sponsor shall solely at their discretion select a new Winner via the same CommentPicker.com tool used in the Promotional Giveaway, and all applicable and stated rules apply forward and here within.
Other: The sponsor of this Contest Giveaway is (“Tracking Ponies”). By participating in the giveaway, each Entrant unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all respects. Sponsor is responsible for the collection, submission or processing of Entries and the overall administration of the Giveaway. The sponsor will pay freight forwarding of the Giveaway Prize within the borders and boundaries of the continental United States. Alaska, Hawaii, and International shipping options must be paid for in full and arranged by the winner of the Promotional Giveaway. Special shipping options other than direct to location transport of freight must be paid for in full and arranged by the winner of the Giveaway. The Sponsor assumes no responsibility for customs, international shipping, or shipping outside the boundaries of the continental US.
The Sponsor is not liable for damaged freight, damaged goods, or the misuse of the utility of the Giveaway Prize. The Winner (“Releasor”) releases and forever discharges the Sponsor (“Releasee”), the Releasee’s family, heirs, executors, administrators, legal representatives and assigns from all manner of actions, causes of action, debts, accounts, bonds, contracts, claims and demands for or by reason of any damage, loss or injury to person or property which has been or may be sustained as a consequence of any dispute incurring by this Prize Giveaway transaction. Releasor assumes all responsibility of the Prize Giveaway upon receipt of said Giveaway Prize.
