Speedster Effect - Sony Vegas Pro

This is an effect a super-speed type effect I made, Like Daphne In Heroes or vampire-speed in some films. Done with Sony Vegas Pro 8.
Cut the film into separate clips depending on what the speed will be. e.g have a cut between where your going fast and where its normal speed.
Then use make the clips faster by Ctrl-dragging the end (on the timeline) to sort of squeeze it smaller. This makes it shorter and faster.
-Then you need to make a separate video track (Ctrl-Shift-B) and enabled automatic controls on it, the one of the lines appearing on the timeline should be a motion blur. you make points on it and drag them higher at the points where you want there to be more motion blur.
Other videos explain it much better. Also it would have looked better had I actually run, I just walked from place to place in this.
I think there may be an actual tutorial somewhere as I gave a guy permission to use my clip a while back.
I'm sorry I can't do one myself, I haven't used Sony vegas in about 2 years as I use After Effects and Final Cut Pro in college.
I recommend you google the motion blur in Sony Vegas, might help.
