Gregory Gallagher (Ed.M. '14) shares what he learned about faculty turnover and the exit interviews some universities conduct to understand this phenomenon. The presentation is approximately 18 minutes long, followed by an 18-minute Q&A. This constituted Gallagher's end-of-year presentation about the work he conducted for the Collaborative on Academic Careers in Higher Education (COACHE) during his studies at the Harvard Graduate School of Education.
