Sum function is the most common and widely used formula. Excel is a complex calculator, which can do multiple complex calculations and Sum function is one of the simplest and most effective one's of those
The shortcut formula for the Sum function is the Auto sum
Auto sum function helps reduce time of inputting the sum function and it is needed the most because the sum function is used very often
and one thing is to be noted is that Auto sum auto detects the values above it and calculates them, however if it finds any space and text in the cells above, it will stop itself at that point.
Top 2 on my list is IF function 4:29
IF function is the one of the most used logical function because of its easy to understand syntax. IF function tests a logic and if the logic is true or false you can give some command to the IF function to do
Top 3 on my list is VLOOKUP function 6:34
Vlookup is mostly used because of its application. Often you want to extra some values based on a lookup criteria. It can be in same spreadsheet or different spreadsheet or different work. Vlookup will do the job in all cases
Top 4 on my list is COUNTIF function 8:43
COUNTIF function is used to count based on a condition, like in the video we have counted the number of students who have passed the exam so, here Count function gives you the count of students and IF function takes the condition of "Pass" and result is the number

SUMIF function is used to count based on a condition, like in the video we have summed the number of students who have passed the exam so, here SUM function gives you the SUM of students and IF function takes the condition of "Pass" and result is the total students who have passed the exam
Top 5 on my list is CONCATENATE Function 11:31
Concatenate function is very powerful function it joins two text strings. it is widely used in places where you have first name and last name and you need to join them or concatenate them so, that you have a unique name and often it is used in conjunction to Vlookup function to create a unique lookup criteria
