Agricultural tool from the 17th century to till the field. Manufacturing and use
In Borja (Zaragoza), Alfredo and Santos associated their agricultural beginnings with the use of lees. The first written documents that refer to this rig date back to the 17th century. Although the absence of blacksmiths trained in its manufacture jeopardized its survival, these professionals showed us in 2007 how the lees were made.
