Biomechanics of the Abdominal Group....
Basic topic? Maybe! But it can get pretty interesting when you dive into the Abdominals a little further and discover amazing ways to train them.
🤔The question is, Why are we training the abdominals and what outcome are we expecting?
Each client has different goals:
◾Flat tummy
◾Six pack
◾Stronger 'core' (🤦🏻♀️)
◾Relief from back-ache
◾Because somebody told them they need stronger abs
Our response to our clients requests:
◾Ok, we can try for the 6 pack but it's gonna be tough.... and you need to eat a little differently.
◾We can definitely help you to obtain a flatter appearance
◾The core part... we will still chat about that.....
◾With back-ache we are going to actually teach you how to control your pelvis with marginal abdominal activation and this probably does not need your core at all... but it will work anyway, but the core won't be the main feature.
◾ And for what reason were you told to strengthen your abs because I need to decipher whether it makes sense?
