Marisa & Thomas were wed on Saturday, August 31, 2019.
The ceremony was held at Our Lady of Victory Church in Tallmadge, Ohio. The reception was at Woodside Event Center at St Michael's in Broadview Heights, Ohio.
The first time Marisa & Thomas met, Thomas was wearing sunglasses and a sweatband acting as a bouncer for our mutual friend's 22nd birthday party. There was quite a bit of hesitancy from the both of us due to the fact that we knew that Thomas was going to accept a job in California in January 2015. However, I guess we just went for it. We decided to give long distance a chance. The next few years were definitely hard, but we stuck it out and learned to communicate and grow as a couple. Thomas asked Marisa to marry him while rock climbing in the San Bernadino National Forest.
