Gorgeous February Wedding Day in Akron, Ohio / Brenna and Mike / Wedding Video
Brenna and Mike were wed on Saturday, February 22, 2020.
The ceremony was held at St Hilary Parish in Fairlawn, Ohio. The reception was at Portage Country Club in Akron, Ohio.
Mike and Brenna's story begins in November 2017 thanks to their mutual friend, Danny. For weeks Danny had been trying to convince Brenna to meet his friend Mike with no success. Finally on a Friday night while Brenna was out to dinner with some friends in the Short North, she finally gave in. She walked down the street to meet Danny and Mike at Union after dinner, not thinking for a second that she was about to meet her future husband.
Mike and Brenna hit it off instantly and went on their first official date a week later. The relationship continued to grow as Mike survived his first Theta Christmas, Brenna brought Mike to Akron to family, Brenna visited Mike's family in Colorado. Somewhere along the way the two started talking about a life together. On what appeared to be an ordinary Sunday walk around Ohio State's campus on May 12, 2019, Mike started acting nervous as they approached one of Brenna's favorite spots, Mirror Lake. Before she knew it, Mike was down on one knee asking her to marry him. Brenna gave the easiest "yes" of her life and the rest is history!
