Create your Club Penguin Server [Portable, No Installation Needed] + Snowflake [Card-Jitsu Snow]
What we've done here is magical: PostgreSQL, Nginx, Python, Redis? You don't need to install any. Wand? Docker? NO! CPPS Creator? Not either!
Laragon is like the famous Xampp, but with infinitely more features, optimizations, and support.
With Laragon, we can create this incredible content 100% portable, without even needing to install a Python library or even upload the database (since it's a portable server, I simply uploaded the SQL within PostgreSQL, saving you time and making it easier for those with no prior knowledge. This tutorial will definitely work for anyone who sees it, you literally just need to put YourIP or Domain and Start the Server lol).

[NEW] Essentials Improved
[NEW] Now you use 2-Configure-Your-ClubPenguin.bat to configure. When you open, will ask for your IP address. It's similar to VSCode, but it already knows the exact folders to change, and it's a simple .bat file, without an application. A new method with significant storage space savings.
