Laragon 8.6.4 with:
PHP 8.4.20
NGINX 1.30.0
REDIS 8.6.2
MARIADB 11.8.6
JowaV1 - This is the definitive content, my personal content, a content that I will definitely bring updates for up to a decade if there is nothing that surpasses Laragon (because of a goal of mine to set up a website, and this website will have EmulationJS, which is a console emulator for browsers, and not only that, but I intend to integrate thousands or tens of thousands of Flash Player games similar to sites like clickjogos, and not only that, but servers of countless games are also possible to be integrated using Laragon, you can see some recent videos I posted related to Club-Penguin and Point-Blank, that's the idea, so enjoy this content, it does work on VPS, and it is really very fast, from the casual test I did, the speed is much higher than IIS itself, possibly due to the methods + Redis cache and Opcache in PHP

Note: All this ones are the same content, just renamed to JowaV1 to avoid copyright, don't worry, they're 100% the same (some links show more MB than the others, don't worry, it's THE SAME CONTENT, without nothing modified, you can download from any of these 4)
OBS: There is a catalog translation available, and the camera is configured in a portable way, you just need to change localhost to your domain (camera.url in the database and ui-config.json in nitro-react/dist)
I did a test setting up a VPS server with Domain and Cloudflare (2vCore + 4GB RAM) with this JowaV1, and it was much faster than a normal IIS server (I've set up almost 100 servers to date, I'm not lying to generate hype, this is the truth and I know the common speed even in high-VPS, the speed is similar to what you would have if you used a proxy)
NOTE: This speed I talk about is on the Client, the loading speed, click, the general speed should also be higher than IIS but my test focus was in-game, which is definitely HIGHER than a normal IIS installation
OBS: I'm not sure if with this method the Disconnect problem that commonly happens with Arcturus stops happening, I was only able to test this content for 30 minutes on a Cloudflare VPS that a friend lent me.
Note¹: It's quite common for it to take 1-2 minutes to load on the first boot, so don't worry.
Note²: There's a file called Extra-Clear-Cache[ALL] within the content. It's used to clear any cache or data that's not relevant to the internal content that's generated. Of course, you don't need to, and shouldn't, clear it every day, as it can impact boot speed and overall performance a bit. So, don't use it for at least a month. But if you want to use it, there's no problem.
