Ypsi Fall River Day is an annual event hosted by the City of Ypsilanti Parks & Recreation Commission. Fall River Day features kayak trips on the Huron River and fun family-friendly river and nature themed exhibitors and activities at Frog Island Park.

Founded in 1965, the Huron River Watershed Council (HRWC) is a nonprofit, non-partisan organization and a coalition of watershed residents, businesses, and local governments.
