A Safetran mechanical bell that still works on the FEC/Brightline section between West Palm Beach and Miami. Doesn't sound the healthiest but it still rings okay.
This is one of many crossings along the FEC main line that have received upgrades for the new Brightline service. I would argue that it's a little overkill to do quad gates right outside stations, but considering the Average Florida Driver is probably one of the worst in this country... FEC is probably playing it wise.
The two old signals have Safetran gates while the new additional signals have WCH gates. All lights are Leotek IL Series lights with either Safetran or WCH Flatback housings. The four bells here consist of the Safetran Mechanical Bell, two GS Type 3 E Bells, and a Siemens High Tone E Bell. All with that unique FEC sequence.
